What you say in this room belongs to you. We collect as little data as possible and give you full control over your content.
What We Collect
- Your email address (for Google or email/password sign-in)
- What you write in sessions and the AI responses
- Memory, themes, and symbols you choose to save
- Structured notes generated at the end of each session
- A long-term inner portrait generated from your session history (triggered by you or automatically every 5 sessions)
- Room context documents you choose to write
Where It Lives
When signed in, your data is stored in Supabase (US East Virginia). Row-level security is enabled — only you can access your own data.
When not signed in, conversation history and memory assets stay in this browser's local storage and do not enter account memory. Your current message is still sent through Jung Room servers to an AI service to generate a reply.
How Your Data Flows
- Your conversation content is sent to an AI service to generate responses
- After a session ends, conversation content is sent to an AI service for structured extraction (emotions, themes, symbols)
- We do not use your data to train any AI models
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties
Your Rights
- View all saved memory, notes, and inner portrait on the in-app Memory page
- Export all account data as JSON
- Delete individual items, or choose "Delete account and all data" to permanently remove everything
- Email hello@jungroom.com to exercise any data right — processed within 30 days
Minors
This product is not for users under 18. If we discover a minor's account, we will delete the data immediately.
