Common questions

Before entering the room, check the non-medical boundary, memory, subscription, refunds, and data control.

Is this therapy or diagnosis?

No. Jung Room is a non-clinical self-exploration space. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, medication guidance, or crisis support.

How is it different from AI counseling?

It does not replace a counselor, therapist, or doctor. It helps organize dreams, emotions, relationship patterns, symbols, and self-exploration questions.

What does the room remember?

After sign-in, saved themes, session notes, inner maps, and generated memory artifacts can enter account memory. You can disable, export, or delete them.

Is long-term memory saved while signed out?

It does not enter account memory. While signed out, conversation history and memory assets stay in the current browser; current messages still go to Jung Room servers and an AI service to generate replies.

What changes with subscription?

Subscription enables complete sessions, extensions, and active long-term memory in later sessions. A free account can save pending memory, but long-term memory is not used in future sessions.

Can I delete or export my data?

Yes. After sign-in, use the Memory page first to view, export, or delete memory and session notes. If you need manual help, you can start a support request.

Where do refunds start?

Refund eligibility follows the refund policy. When requesting help, include your account email, payment time, and order details so we can verify it.

What if I am in crisis?

Jung Room is not a crisis service. If there is risk of harming yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services, a crisis hotline, or a trusted person immediately.
