This page explains when to use in-product controls, when to contact support, and why crisis situations cannot stay inside a session.
Response expectations
Product questions, feedback, and account requests are usually answered within 3 business days.
Data requests
After sign-in, use the Memory page first to view, export, or delete memory and session notes. For manual handling, continue to contact.
Refund support path
Refund eligibility follows the refund policy. If you still have refund questions, include your account email and payment time.
Crisis boundary
Jung Room is not a crisis service. If there is risk of harming yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a trusted person immediately.
